Denby Dale’s curved viaduct spanning the valley of the River Dearne is the most distinctive feature of the village, which is famous for a succession of world-beating giant meat and potato pies. There is a wide range of shops for a small village along the main road. Take a walk down Norman Road to find Springfield Mill Visitor Centre with businesses, shops, play areas and cafes.
