A circular route through Thunderbridge nature reserve, onto Kirkburton, and on ancient paths to Shelley Woodhouse.

We continue down to Dearne Lea farm (ice cream possible) via the woodyard to Dark Lane, and an ancient bridgeway returns us to Shepley station.
