We’ll head south from Penistone on lanes and across summer meadows to reach Hunshelf Bank with its commanding views.  A long easy descent to the River Don follows before we wend our way on lovely paths via Clappers, Crane Moor, and Sim Hill to reach Silkstone Common, the Station Inn, and return trains.
