Saturday APRIL 1st 2023 – East of Worksop !
An interesting route, with no fooling around, as we wave a ‘good morning’ to Mr. Straw, swiftly passing through the urban fringe and out along public footpaths and good woodland tracks towards Scofton.
Returning along the delightful Chesterfield Canal towpath, known as the ‘Cuckoo Way’, with a viewing of the Priory before our finish at the Mallard Inn on Worksop station for return trains.
Start: 10.15am at WORKSOP station.
Finish: WORKSOP.
Distance: up to 8 miles.

(Return trains depart Worksop hourly to Sheffield, Meadowhall, Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, and to Retford, Gainsborough, Lincoln).

OR change at BARNSLEY for the 0911 or Meadowhall 0926 for the semi-fast direct to Worksop via Sheffield.
