Due to ongoing Transpennine Route Upgrade works (TRU), Lockwood will be a terminus station for the full month of September 2025, with a bus replacement service between Lockwood and Huddersfield Station.
Penistone Line Partnership is speaking with Stakeholders and Train Operators to improve Lockwood Station facilities and look at longer-term biodiversity projects.
