We will traverse up to Upper Denby for ‘pie n peas’ at the wonderful George Inn, recently voted Yorkshire’s Favourite Pub, to arrive at 1pm. After lunch, it is approximately 30 minute walk down to
Denby Dale station to catch the 1525 and 1535 trains to Sheffield and Huddersfield respectively. Meal choice is steak or vegetarian pie served with mushy peas and gravy. (For lunch, book with Geoff on 07837-915847).
